Reiki is a deeply relaxing treatment that has the equivalent of 4 hours' deep sleep and helps you find true peace of mind. Reiki energy brings positivity to help you cope with life’s daily challenges and enhances the benefits of all other therapies. Reiki is a whole body treatment that rebalances the universal energy in the cells of your body. Reiki works by clearing away the blockages, which prevent us from being whole.
During the Reiki session I place my hands very lightly on your shoulders. You will normally be lying down and always remains fully clothed throughout the treatment as Reiki is so powerful that it will even reach the body through a plaster cast.
Everyone experiences Angelic Reiki differently. Some feel tingling sensations and warm or cool rushes through their bodies, others just a deep relaxation. Some find themselves in a deep meditative state whilst they feel rejuvenated and energised. Some even fall into a deep and refreshing sleep.
Reiki is always totally safe and appropriate making it suitable for everyone - children and adults. It benefits people in wonderful and extraordinary ways. It is also highly effective for animals.
Distant Reiki healing is equally effective when given at a distance, for those that are unable to attend a treatment in person. Distant healing is as effective as a hands on session. In fact sometimes the sensations can be even more intense.
They are also extremely useful for those occasions that mean you can’t leave home due to a cold, back pain or simply because you can’t travel. Distant healing sessions are also a beautiful gift to give to someone who is abroad and feeling stressed or out of sorts.
All you need to do is lie down and relax to let the energy flow. If you like you can play music, burn incense or candles. whatever makes you feel more comfortable. Afterwards it is sensible to rest for a little while so that you gain the most from the healing session. When mutually convenient we will chat or email to discuss any issues that arose during the session and to consider how to move forward with treatment.
